April 3rd (30 days)

Yoga

Yoga the second time around was much easier.  I felt as though I accomplished the majority of the things i couldn't from when i tried the first time.

April 2nd (30 days)

shoulders and arms

After taking a break and playing basketball today felt like a very successful work out.  It is great feeling in shape.

April 1st (30 days)

Basketball

today i was feeling sore so went and went and played basketball.  When i get sore it is much easier to workout when i can do something competitive.

March 31st (30 days)

plyometrics

as always plyometrics is one of the most challenging work outs.  I am beginning to be conditioned though so i think i am becoming conditioned to this work out.
